SA Laser is simply the best in the business when it comes to quality and support. We want to make it easy for you to feel comfortable with your purchase of our laser systems and we stand by the high quality of our machines.

We want you as our customer to be 100% satisfied. SA Laser guarantees you a 30-Day Return
window (beginning the date of receipt) so that you have time to evaluate your laser solution and know
that you made the right decision.

Within thirty (30) days and for any reason, you may exercise your right to return or exchange your
undamaged purchase. A refund or exchange will be issued once the machine has been returned in its
original condition and with all associated parts. Returned items are subject to a Fifteen percent (15%)
restocking fee. Leased equipment can be exchanged but not refunded.

For your convenience we advise you to keep the original crate and packaging for possible return.
Refunds exclude any shipping or handling costs without exception. Any non-returned accessories will be
deducted from the refund. The shipping & handling fee originally charged will be used as the basis for
the non-refundable shipping fees. Please us call prior to shipping a return for confirmation.

2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

SA Laser provides a warranty on its products and parts against defects in materials or
workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of receipt. This INCLUDES the power
source AND focal lenses. During this period, SA Laser will repair or replace defective parts
including ground shipping without charge to you (International shipping not included). On site repairs
are available at a reasonable cost with consideration to shipping/travel and technician time.

  1.  This warranty extends only to products distributed and/or sold by SA Laser and applies to
    the machine and not the purchaser.
  2. Any after-market additions or modifications will not be warranted. The laser machine system owner
    is responsible for any service and repairs outside the scope of this warranty.
  3. This warranty covers only normal use of the laser machine. SA Laser shall not be liable
    under this warranty if any damage or defect results from:
    • *Irresponsible use, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper return shipping or
      installation
    • Disasters such as fire, flood, lightning or improper electric current or other act of God
    • Service or alteration by anyone other than an authorized SA Laser representative
  4. *Damages incurred through irresponsible use may include but are not limited to:
    • Failure to turn on or use clean water within the chiller or water pump
    • Failure to clean optical mirrors and lenses
    • Failure to clean or lube guide rails with lubricant oil
    • Failure to remove or clean debris from collection tray
    • Failure to properly store the laser in a properly conditioned environment.
  5. SA Laser accepts no responsibility for any software programs, data or information stored on
    any media or any parts of any products returned for repair to SA Laser.
  6. This warranty does not cover any third-party software or virus-related problems not purchased from
    SA Laser.
  7. SA Laser is not responsible for loss of data or time, even with hardware failure. Clients are
    responsible for backing up any data for their own protection. SA Laser is not responsible for
    any loss of work (“down time”) caused by a product requiring service.
  8. SA Laser is a support driven company. We continue to extend FREE tech support for a period
    of 1 (one) year after date of purchase, to the original clients who purchased our machine(s). Online
    community support access will be available for the life of the laser(s) purchased, provided the rules of
    involvement and conduct codes are followed. An annual fee will be charged to support resales (in the
    event the client resells the machine) and will require the purchaser to complete training at San Antonio
    Laser. Provided the training has been completed with SA Laser, the Warranty will be
    transferable to the new owner.
  9. SA Laser will take all reasonable measures to remedy any issues remotely. However, should
    it be necessary to have the machine sent in for service, the cost and arrangement for shipping to San
    Antonio Laser will be the responsibility of the client. SA Laser agrees to absorb Ground
    Shipping Costs for Warranty Replacement Items and equipment being sent to the client. We offer the
    ability for clients to upgrade to expedited shipping for the cost difference, which will be invoiced and
    charged to the client prior to shipment.
  10. International shipping costs and/or customs fees associated with fulfillment of Warranty
    Replacement Items are the responsibility of the client.
  11. SA Laser at its own discretion reserves the right to deny the purchase of any extended
    warranty.

RETURN OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY:

A non-defective product may be returned to SA Laser within

thirty (30) days of the date of receipt for a refund of the original purchase price with the following
amendments/fees:

  1. SA Laser will refund neither the original shipping cost nor the shipping and handling fees
    incurred from the return. If the original purchase was made under a “Free Shipping” promotion then a
    standard $750 fee for machines will be deducted from any return in counter to that offer.
  2. No refund will be granted for installation or training costs.
  3. All Returns are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. The percentage is taken from the
    final purchase price less any shipping or handling charges.
  4. Due to the underwriters leasing terms, we are unable to issue refunds for equipment leased but, can issue an exchange.
  5. To initiate the return of any product, clients must email or call our Customer Service Department
    prior to shipping to obtain approval. Due to freight costs we will not accept any un-approved returned
    shipments.

AFTER TWO-YEAR WARRANTY:

Post warranty support and/or repairs

SA Laser offers free tech support via. phone and email to the original purchaser for the first year following purchase. After two (2) years, replacement parts and labor will be the responsibility of the client. This includes shipping charges. SA Laser will provide a quote for the necessary parts and repairs and will continue to offer repair parts and services on an ala carte basis.
