Such a great machine and great people they have walked me through the whole process and helped me get operational these are the type of people that want to help you and don’t just want to sell you something. They are 5 start class act with some very knowledgeable people training you have to use the machine correctly. Their week of training turned out to be more than I expected. Without a doubt the best customer service on the planet.  They are on a growth trajectory and have worked diligently to address the velocity of change with folks that know operations, scaling, and what their customers need.  The training was superb and they are very open to adjusting to meet the needs of the being able to fit as much into a week as possible. I recently completed a weeklong training with this company and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The training was thorough, well-structured, and extremely informative. The instructor Jordan Ames was knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about what they do. They took the time to ensure that every participant fully understood the operation, maintenance, and capabilities of the laser engraving equipment. What impressed me most was how hands-on the training was. By the end of the week, I felt confident not only operating the machines but also understanding best practices for achieving high-quality engraving results. The equipment itself is equally impressive. The laser engravers I purchased are exceptionally well-built, reliable, and clearly designed with professional use in mind. You can tell that a lot of thought and engineering has gone into both the performance and durability of their machines. Overall, this company delivers on both education and equipment. If you’re looking to get into laser engraving or upgrade your current setup, their training program and machines are absolutely worth the investment.
